He honed his consulting skills working with large professional services firms such as Grant Thornton, EY, KPMG and PwC. At Grant Thornton, He was a Partner in charge of tax services in South India. During the course of his career, he has advised multinational companies, MSMEs, start-ups, and HNIs.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant & Insolvency Professional and Bachelor of Commerce, Shashishekhar is also qualified to be a certified investment adviser. He is empanelled on the Independent Director's Database and is CPA (Australia). Shashishekhar is also a Registered Valuer for Securities and Financial Assets.

Shashishekhar is based in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India. In organizations he worked in, he was actively involved in Team building, Talent Hiring, Mentoring and Public speaking engagements.

He is a theatre enthusiast, has acted in plays and short films and does voice-overs for ads, podcasts, and documentaries.
